Generally we do not accept returns. Hence, we strongly encourage you to consider carefully before placing your order with us. We make custom desgins and get not give you a refund.
If the item you have received is damaged upon receipt, please contact us within 3 days (upon receipt of the product), at email@example.com with your order ID for assistance.
If you return a product to us without our agreement to accept the return or rejects a delivery after your order has been shipped, we will impose a 50% fee (based on merchandise value of the product returned) to cover the 2-way delivery charge, handling, (return) import tax and etc. Any remaining amount of your payment for the product (after deducting the 50% fee)will be refunded to you either via PayPal or directly to your credit card, after we receive the returned product. Mode of refund will be determined by us, but as much as possible, we will try to refund through the same mode you have used for your payment.
